Sastojci: 3 kašike čili ulja, 3 kašike soja sosa, 2 kašičice slatkog tamnog soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 1 kašičica susamovog ulja, 1 kašika belog sirćeta, mladi luk po ukusu (iseckan).
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte sve začine, susam ulje i cili ulje.
2. Dodajte mladi luk i dobro promešajte.
3. Dodajte u tople rezance i poslužite.
Ingredients: 3 tbsp chilli oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sweet dark soy sauce or substitute soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp white vinegar, spring onions to taste (sliced).
Preparation:
1. Mix all spices, sesame oil and chilli oil.
2. Add spring onions and mix well.
3. Add to warm noodles and serve.
