Sastojci: 500 ml mleka, 75 g secera, 20 g vanilin secera, 80 g psenicnog griza, 200 g kokosovog brasna.
Priprema:
1. U mleko staviti secer I vanilin secer I pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) I mesati dok se seceri ne otope.
2. Dodati griz I mesajuci kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Opet smanjiti temperaturu na srednje nisku temperaturu (3) I kuvati mesajuci dok se ne dobije bas gusta smesa.
3. Dodati kokosovo brasno I promesati da se sjedini.

Preparation:
