Sastojci: 4 pileća fileta (bez kostiju i kože), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 2 kašičice Kajun začinskog miksa, 200 do 300 g mešane zelene salate (rimska salata, ajsberg salata, zelena salata, crvena salata, hrastov list, endivija, radič), 300 g paradajza, ½ glavice crnog luka, 1 krastavac, 1 avokado (isečen), kremasti Kajun preliv za salatu.
Priprema:
1. Očistite paradajz i isecite ga na kockice. Očistite crni luk i tanko ga isecite. Oljuštite krastavac i isecite ga na tanke kriške. Operite salatu i isecite na trakice. Avokado očistite kasnije. Operite piletinu i isecite je na kockice.
2. Zagrejte tiganj sa maslinovim uljem na srednjoj vatri (4). Dodajte crni luk i pržite ga nekoliko minuta dok ne omekša, mešajući.
3. Dodajte piletinu, pospite Kajun začinskim miksom i pržite 5 do 7 minuta ako su kockice veličine kokica i 10 do 15 minuta ako su malo veće, često mešajući.
4. Podelite zelenu salatu po tanjirima. Poređajte paradajz i krastavac preko zelene salate. Dodajte pileća prsa odozgo.
5. Očistite avokado i isecite obe polovine na kriške.
6. Dodajte avokado preko piletine pre serviranja.
7. Prelijte kremastim Kajun prelivom za salatu.
Napomena: ne morate pržiti luk. Možete ga dodati na tanjir.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning mix, 200 to 300 g mixed lettuce greens (Romaine lettuce, iceberg, looseleaf - green leaf, red leaf, oak leaf, endive, radicchio), 300 g tomatoes, ½ onion, 1 cucumber, 1 avocado (sliced), creamy Cajun salad dressing.
Preparation:
1. Clean tomatoes and cut into cubes. Clean onion and slice thinly. Peel cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash salad and cut into strips. Avocado clean later.
Wash chicken and cut into cubes.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil to medium heat (4). Add onion and fry for a few minutes until soft, stirring.
3. Add chicken, sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mix and fry for 5 to 7 minutes if the cubes are the size of popcorn and 10 to 15 minutes if they are a bit bigger, stirring often.
4. Divide salad greens between plates. Arrange tomatoes, cucumber over lettuce. Add chicken breasts on top.
5. Clean avocado and cut both halves into slices.
6. Add avocado over chicken before serving.
7. Drizzle with creamy Cajun salad dressing.
Note: you don't have to fry onion. You can add it to the plate.
