Roštilj pica junetina, slanina, kobasica i sunka (BBQ pizza beef, bacon, sausage and ham pizza)

Napraviti ranije: 1 testo za picu 28 cm (11 inca), 60 g roštilj sosa, cufte iz rerne.

Sastojci: 1 testo za picu (28 cm), 100 g mocarela sira (sveze rendanog), 45 g cajne ili cajne salame ili suve kobasice, 12 kriški kulena (tanko isečenih), 60 g slanine (isečene na sitne kockice), 80 g mlevenog juneceg (goveđeg) mesa (oblikovano u kuglice od 1 cm), 80 g šunke (isečene na kockice), 3 kašike roštilj sosa (umesto sosa za picu).

Priprema:

0. Napraviti cufte I ispeci ih u rerni. 

1. Premažite roštilj sosom podlogu za picu.

2. Poređajte mocarela sir.

3. Poredjati preostale sastojke, osim cufti - mlevenog juneceg govedjeg mesa, preko testa za picu i pecite.

Prepare in advance: 1 pizza dough 28 cm (11 inches) in diameter, 60 g barbecue sauce, meatballs from the oven.

Ingredients: 1 pizza dough (11 inches), 100 g mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded), 45 g pork dry sausage, 12 slices pepperoni (thinly sliced), 60 g bacon (sliced into tiny cubes), 80 g ground beef (shaped into 1 cm balls), 80 g ham (diced), 3 tbsp barbecue sauce (instead of pizza sauce).

Preparation:

0. Make meatballs and bake them in the oven.

1. Spread barbecue sauce over the pizza dough base.

2. Arrange mozzarella cheese.

3. Scatter remaining ingredients except meatballs - ground beef, over pizza dough and bake.

How to bake pizza dough?

4. Add meatballs and serve.
