Sastojci: 600 g pilećih prsiju, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike ulja, 1 manji crni luk, 100 g kiselih krastavcica, ½ kasicice soli, prstohvat bibera, 1 kasicica mediteranskog zacina, 100 g majoneza, 150 g kisele pavlake.
Priprema:
1. Pilece meso oprati i iseci na kocke. Crni I beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U tiganj sipati ulje I zagrejati. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) I dodati crni luk. Prziti mesajuci dok ne omeksa, nekoliko minuta.
3. Dodati beli luk i prziti jos minut ili dva, mesajuci dok ne zamirise.
4. Dodati pilece meso I prziti.
Ako su kockice pileceg mesa kao kockice, prziti 5 do 7 minuta. Ako su kockice vece 10 do 15 minuta.
5. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
6. U blender ili seckalici, staviti pilece meso sa crnom I belim lukom, kisele krastavcice, majonez, kiselu pavlaku, so, biber I mediteranski zacin I usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
7. Staviti u frizider da se ohladi.
Cuvati u frizideru 3 dana.
Napomena: pilece meso mozete skuvati umesto da ga przite. Kuvati u vodi na srednjoj temperaturi (4) 20 do 30 minuta, od momenta kljucanja zavisno od velicine kockica.
Ingredients: 600 g of chicken breasts, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 small onion, 100 g of pickles, ½ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper, 1 teaspoon of Mediterranean spice, 100 g of mayonnaise, 150 g of sour cream.
Preparation:
1. Wash the chicken meat and cut it into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Reduce to medium temperature (4) and add the onion. Fry the mixture until soft, a few minutes.
3. Add garlic and fry for another minute or two, stirring until fragrant.
4. Add chicken meat and fry.
If the chicken cubes are like popcorn, fry for 5 to 7 minutes. If the cubes are larger, 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Leave to cool.
6. In a blender or chopper, put chicken meat with onion and garlic, pickles, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and Mediterranean spice and chop until smooth.
7. Put it in the refrigerator to cool down.
Store in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Note: you can boil the chicken meat instead of frying it. Cook in water at medium temperature (4) for 20 to 30 minutes, from boiling, depending on the size of the cubes.
