Sastojci: 600g pileceg belog mesa, 250g pirinca, 2 paradajza, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasika timijana, 1/2 kasicice karija, sok od pola limuna, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika secera, so, 100ml pileceg toplog bujona + jos ako je potrebno.
Priprema:
1) Pilece meso iseci na komade. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U ciniju staviti pilece meso, paradajz, crni i beli luk, timijan, karija, sok od limuna i so pu ukusu. Promesati i pokriti folijom. Ostaviti preko noci u frizideru. Ocediti i sacuvati marinadu.
3) Zagrejati 2 kasike ulja u serpi, dodati meso i prziti 2-3 minuta. Dodati marinadu i prziti jos 5 minuta na jakoj vatri. Smanjiti vatru i uz dolivanje toplog bujona po potrebi, kuvati oko 45 minuta.
4) U serpu staviti 2 kasike ulja da se zagreje. Dodati secer i prziti uz konstantno mesanje. Skloniti sa sporeta i dodati 100ml toplog bujona. Dodati pirinac, vratiti na sporet i kuvati oko 25 minuta. ako je potrebno dodati toplog bujona.
5) Kad je pirinac skuvan dodati piletinu sa sosom i promesati.lon
Ingredients: 600g chicken breasts, 250g of rice, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, juice of half a lemon, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, 100ml warm chciken broth + more if necessary.
Preparation:
1) Cut chicken into pieces. Peel tomato and chop into cubes. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.
2) In a bowl put the chicken, tomato, onion, garlic, thyme, curry, lemon juice and salt to taste. Stir and cover with foil. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Drain and save the marinade.
3) Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a saucepan, add the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the marinade and fry another 5 minutes over high heat. Reduce the fire and, if necessary, add warm broth, cook for 45 minutes.
4) in a saucepan put 2 tablespoons oil to warm up. Add the sugar and fry with constant stirring. Remove from stove and add 100ml of warm broth. Add the rice, return to the stove and cook for about 25 minutes. if it is necessary add the warm broth.
5) When the rice is cooked add the chicken with the sauce and stir.
