Sastojci: krem sir, 20g gi putera, 40g oraha (sitno seckanih), 1 kasika vlasca (sitno seckanog, svezeg).
Priprema:
1) Pripremiti krem sir.
2) Staviti krem sir u secka ili blender i dodati gi puter. Usitniti dok se gi puter ne sjedini sa krem sirom tj. dok ponovo ne postane kremasto.
2) U ciniju sa krem sirom dodati orahe i vlasac. Promesati.
3) Na papir za pecenje staviti krem sir i oblikovati pravougaonik.
4) Staviti u frizider na 4 sata.
Napomena: ova kolicina gi putera - 20g je dovoljna ako pravite krem sir od 2 L mleka.
Ingredients: cream cheese, 20g ghee butter, 40g walnuts (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon chives (finely chopped, fresh).
Preparation:

3) Put cream cheese on baking paper and shape into a rectangle.
4) Put in the fridge for 4 hours.
Note: this amount of ghee butter - 20g is enough if you make cream cheese from 2 L of milk.
