Krutoni u rerni ili tiganju (Croutons in the oven or pan)

Sta su krutoni?

Kako napraviti krutone u rerni?

Sastojci: 200 g hleba*, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja,  ½ kašičice soli, prstohvat belog luka u prahu ili svež (opciono), prstohvat suvog origana, suve majčine dušice ili peršuna.

Priprema:

1. Hleb iseći na kockice.

2. Pomešati sa uljem i začinima.

3. Rasporediti u jednom sloju na pleh.

4. Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C (356 F) 10–15 minuta, uz mešanje na pola.

Kako napraviti krutone u tiganju?

Priprema:

1. Na tiganju zagrejati malo maslinovog ulja, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).

2. Dodati kockice hleba.

3. Pržiti 5–7 minuta uz mešanje.

4. Dodati beli luk i začine pred kraj.

- Prednost: brže.

- Mana: lakše upiju više masnoće

How to make croutons in the oven?

Ingredients: 200 g of bread, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of powdered or fresh garlic (optional), a pinch of dry oregano, dry thyme or parsley.

Preparation:

3. Fry for 5–7 minutes while stirring.

4. Add garlic and spices towards the end.

- Advantage: faster.

- Disadvantage: absorbs more fat more easily
