Svapski - sitan sir (Cottage cheese)

Sastojci: 2 L mleka, sok od jednog limuna (sveze iscedjen, procedjen), 1g soli.

Priprema:

1) U serpu sipati mleko i pustiti da prokljuca.

2) Dodati sok od limuna. 

3) Smanjiti temperaturu na veoma nisku (1). Promesati. Ostaviti da se surutka odvoji od sira.

4) U serpu staviti cediljku. Rupicastom kasikom vaditi sir i stavljati u cediljku da se ocedi.

5) Posoliti. Promesati.

Ingredients: 2 L of milk, juice of one lemon (freshly squeezed, strained), 1g of salt.

Preparation:

1) Pour milk into a pot and let it boil.

2) Add lemon juice.

3) Reduce the temperature to very low (1). Stir. Allow the whey to separate from the cheese.

4) Put a strainer in the pot. Take out the cheese with a sloted spoon and put it in a strainer to drain.

5) Add salt. Stir.
