Čuvajte sos u staklenoj posudi, zatvorenoj u frižideru 7 dana.

Takođe možete da ga zamrznete do tri meseca.

Ako je previše gusto, dodajte kašiku ili više vode.

Secer - stavite 100 g pa posle dodajte jos ako zelite da postignete ravnotezu ukusa.

Ingredients: 240 ml soy sauce (low sodium) or substitute for soy sauce, 100 g or 150 g granulated sugar, 120ml sake (Japanese rice wine) or mirin, 60ml rice vinegar, 1 heaping tablespoon ginger (finely grated).

Preparation:

1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat (4) and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.

2. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes more. Let it cool.

Store the sauce in a glass jar, sealed in the refrigerator for 7 days.

You can also freeze it for up to three months.

If it is too thick, add a tablespoon or so of water.

Sugar - put 100 g and then add more if you want to achieve a balance of taste.
