Sastojci: 500 g mlevenog pilećeg ili pilećeg belog mesa (isecen na kockice), 15 ml ulja od kikirikija (ili ulja avokada ili susamovog ulja ili maslinovog ulja), ½ luka (sitno iseckanog), ½ kašike zgnjecenog belog luka, 1 šolja crvene i zelene paprike (sitno iseckane, na kockice), 140 g kineski vodeni kestena (ocedjen, izgnjecen), azijski sos, za posluživanje - 50 g kikirikija ili badema ili indijskih oraha (zgnječenih), zelena salata.
Priprema:
1. Zagrejte 2 kašike ulja od kikirikija u tiganju.
2. Dodajte mlevenu piletinu, luk i beli luk. Pržite dok piletina ne porumeni, a luk postane providan, 8 do 10 minuta.
3. Dodajte paprike i vodene kestene i pržite oko 5 minuta ili dok paprike ne omekšaju.
4. Dodajte sos i dinstajte na srednjoj laganoj vatri (3) dok piletina i povrće ne omekšaju.
5. Poslužite u listovima zelene salate.
Čuvajte sve ostatke punjenja salate u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru do 4 dana.
Zamrznite punjenje u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi do 30 dana.
Ingredients: 500 g ground chicken or chicken white meat (diced), 15 ml peanut oil (or avocado oil or sesame oil or olive oil) , ½ onion (finely diced), ½ tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cup red and green pepper (finely diced), 140 g water chestnuts (drained & mashed), asian sauce, to serve - 50 g peanuts or almonds or cashews (crushed), lettuce.
Preparation:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a frying pan.
2. Add ground chicken, onion and garlic. Fry until chicken browns and the onions are translucent, for 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Add the peppers and water chestnuts and fry for about 5 minutes or until the peppers are slightly soft.
4. Add the sauce and simmer on medium low heat (3) until the chicken and veggies are tender.
5. Serve in lettuce leaves.
Store any leftover lettuce wrap filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freeze the filling in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
