Slani fil sa piletinom i mirođijom za krompir rolat (Savory filling with chicken and dill for potato roll)

Sastojci (za 4-6 porcija): krompir rolat kora, 200 g grčkog jogurta, 1–2 kašike sveže mirođije (sitno seckane), saka rukole (sitno naseckane), 1 paprika (isečena na kockice), 200 g kuvane piletine (iseckane na sitne komade), prstohvat soli i prstohvat bibera.

Priprema:

0. Ocistiti papriku.

1. Napravi krompir rolat koru. Ostavi da se malo ohladi.

2. U većoj činiji sjedini jogurt sa mirođijom dok ne dobiješ glatku i kremastu osnovu.

3. Dodaj rukolu i papriku, pa lagano promešaj da se ravnomerno rasporede.

4. Dodaj i piletinu i nežno sjedini sa ostatkom smese kako bi fil ostao sočan i ujednačen.

5. Začini solju i biberom po ukusu i još jednom kratko promešaj.

6. Gotov fil ravnomerno rasporedi preko pripremljene krompir rolat kore ostavljajući mali rub bez fila radi lakšeg savijanja 

7. Nakon filovanja, jelo možeš kratko ohladiti u frižideru kako bi se fil blago stegao i lakše se sekao.

Ingredients (for 4-6 servings): potato roll crust, 200 g of Greek yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons of fresh dill (finely chopped), handful arugula (finely chopped), 1 bell pepper (diced), 200 g of cooked chicken (chopped into small pieces), a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Preparation:

0. Clean the pepper.

1. Make a potato roll crust. Let it cool down a bit.

2. In a large bowl, combine yogurt with dill until you get a smooth and creamy base.

3. Add arugula and pepper, then stir gently so that they are evenly distributed.

4. Add chicken and mix gently with the rest of the mixture so that the filling remains juicy and uniform.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir briefly once more.

6. Spread the finished filling evenly over the prepared potato roll crust, leaving a small edge without filling for easier folding.

7. After filling, you can briefly cool the dish in the refrigerator so that the filling slightly sets and is easier to cut.
