Predlog ishrane kod sokova za pomoc kod peska u bubrezima (Nutritional suggestion for juices to help with sand in the kidneys)

1. Hidratacija – osnova svega

  • 2–2,5 l tečnosti dnevno (ravnomerno tokom dana)
  • Najbolje: voda, blagi biljni čajevi (kukuruzna svila, rastavić – kratko)
  • Urin treba da bude svetao

2. Preporučene namirnice

Povrće (osnova ishrane):

  • Krastavac
  • Tikvica
  • Blitva (umereno)
  • Šargarepa
  • Karfiol
  • Brokoli
  • Zelena salata
  • Bundeva

➡️ 60–70 % tanjira

3. Voće:

  • Jabuka
  • Kruška
  • Lubenica
  • Borovnica
  • Limun (u vodi ili kao sok)

➡️ 2 porcije dnevno

4. Proteini (umereno):

5. Masti

  • Maslinovo ulje (1–2 kašike dnevno)
  • Laneno ulje (hladno)

3. Namirnice koje treba ograničiti ili izbaciti

  • So (max 3–4 g dnevno)
  • Suhomesnato, kobasice
  • Gazirana pića
  • Alkohol
  • Brzu i industrijsku hranu
  • Velike količine mesa

Ishrana prema tipu peska (ako je poznat)

Ako je oksalatni pesak (najčešći)

Ograničiti:

  • Spanać
  • Cvekla
  • Blitva (velike količine)
  • Kakao, čokolada
  • Orašasti plodovi (badem, lešnik – često)

Dodati:

  • Hranu bogatu kalcijumom u umerenoj količini (jogurt, kefir) – veže oksalate u crevima

Ako je uratni pesak (mokračna kiselina)

Ograničiti:

  • Crveno meso
  • Iznutrice
  • Sardine, haringe
  • Pečurke
  • Dodati:
  • Povrće
  • Voće
  • Limun

➡️ Cilj je alkalizacija urina

Ako je fosfatni pesak

Ograničiti:

  • Mleko i mlečne proizvode
  • Gazirana pića

Dodati:

  • Integralne žitarice
  • Blago kiselkastu hranu (brusnica, limun)

Kako bi izgledao jedan idealan dan?

DORUČAK:

Ovsena kaša sa jabukom + čaša vode sa limunom.

Voda sa limunom – tačne količine i vreme

Koliko limuna?

A) Najbolja opcija (preporučena)

Piti PRE doručka

Raspored:

1. Ustaneš

3. Sačekaš 15–20 minuta

4. Pojedeš ovsenu kašu sa jabukom

Zašto je ovo najbolje?

- Povećava jutarnju diurezu

- Citrati deluju direktno na urin

- Ne meša se sa hranom (bolja efikasnost)

B) Ako imaš osetljiv želudac

Piti POSLE doručka

Raspored:

1. Pojedeš ovsenu kašu

2. Sačekaš 30–45 minuta

Kako izgleda IDEALAN jutarnji blok?

1. Ako biraš krušku

- 1 srednja kruška

(≈ 150–180 g, cela, sveža)

Zašto baš ova količina?

- Dovoljno vlakana za vezivanje minerala u crevima

- Blago diuretičko dejstvo

- Ne opterećuje bubrege

2. Ako biraš lubenicu

- 300–400 g (2 veće kriške)

Zašto ova količina?

- Visok sadržaj vode → povećava mokrenje

- Nizak sadržaj natrijuma

- Bez iritacije urinarnog trakta

Kuvana piletina + tikvice i šargarepa + integralni pirinač

1. Kuvana piletina 100–120 g (težina posle kuvanja)

Zašto ova količina?

- Dovoljno proteina za regeneraciju

- Ne povećava značajno izlučivanje kalcijuma i mokraćne kiseline

2. Tikvice 200 g (≈ 1 srednja tikvica)

Efekat:

- Visok sadržaj vode

- Blago diuretičko dejstvo

- Ne iritira bubrege

3. Šargarepa 100 g (≈ 1 srednja)

Efekat:

- Antioksidansi

- Podrška sluzokoži urinarnog trakta

4. Integralni pirinač 60 g suvog pirinča (≈ 180 g kuvanog)

Zašto ova količina?

- Stabilna energija

- Nizak glikemijski skok

- Ne zakiseljava urin previše

Kako jesti ovaj ručak?

- Bez dodatne soli ili minimalno (prstohvat - 0.2 g)

- Dozvoljeno: 1 kašika maslinovog ulja dodata posle kuvanja

- Bez hleba uz obrok

Kada piti tečnost?

- Uz ručak: do 1 čaša vode (150–200 ml) tokom jela

- Veću količinu vode piti 45 minuta posle ručka

UŽINA:

Biljni čaj + jabuka

Kada piti čaj?

Najbolje vreme:

- 30–60 minuta posle užine (jabuke)

ili

1. Čaj od kukuruzne svile – prvi izbor

- Najbezbedniji za pesak

- Blag diuretik

- Ne iritira bubrege

Sastojci: 1 supena kašika kukuruzne svile, 250 ml vrele vode.

Priprema:

1. Preliti vrelom vodom

2. Poklopiti, ostaviti 10–15 min.

Količina: 1 šolja dnevno.

2. Čaj od rastavića (preslice) – kratko

- Jači diuretik

- Pomaže izbacivanje sitnog peska

Sastojci: 1 ravna kašičica suve biljke (≈ 1,5–2 g), 250 ml hladne vode.

Priprema:

1. Suvu biljku staviti u hladnu vodu.

2. Zagrevati do ključanja.

3. Kada provri, kuvati 5 minuta na tihoj vatri.

4. Skloniti sa vatre, poklopiti i ostaviti još 10 minuta.

5. Procediti.

Kako piti?

- 1 šolja dnevno

- Najbolje popodne, između obroka

- Ne piti uveče (pojačava mokrenje)

Koliko dugo?

- 5–7 dana maksimalno, zatim pauza najmanje 10 dana.

1. Uvin čaj (medveđe grožđe) – prejak, iritira

2. Kopriva – može pojačati izlučivanje minerala

3. Brusnica u velikim količinama – može zakiseliti urin

Kako uklopiti u dan (primer)?

15:30 – jabuka

16:00 – biljni čaj

18:30 – voda

VEČERA:

Povrtna supa + parče integralnog hleba

Sastojci: 400–500 ml vode, 100 g tikvice, 70 g šargarepe, 50 g krompira, 50 g karfiola ili 50 g brokolija, 5 ml (1 kašičica) maslinovog ulja, prstohvat soli (ili bez), prstohvat svezeg lista peršuna.

Priprema:

1. Povrće oprati i iseći na sitne komade.

3. Pred kraj dodati maslinovo ulje, vrlo malo soli 0.2 g (ako se koristi, ali bolje bez) i list peršuna

4. Supu ne blendati potpuno – neka ostane blago čorbasta.

Koliko pojesti?

- 1 puna činija (≈ 400–500 ml)

Da li je hleb dozvoljen?

Da – ali uz pravilo količine.

- Integralni hleb: 1 tanko parče (30–40 g)

U kategoriji Hleb i kifle mozete naci vise recepata za integralni hleb.

Zašto je dozvoljen?

- Ne opterećuje bubrege

With sand in the kidneys, nutrition plays a key role because it directly affects the composition of urine, the amount of crystals and their excretion. Below is a safe, basic diet that suits most people with sand, followed by adjustments by sand type.

General nutrition principles (applies to all types of sand)

1. Hydration - the basis of everything

  • 2–2.5 l of liquid per day (evenly throughout the day)
  • Best: water, mild herbal teas (corn silk, field horsetail)
  • Urine should be clear

2. Recommended foods

Vegetables (basis of nutrition):

  • Cucumber
  • Zucchini
  • Swiss chard (moderate)
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Broccoli
  • Lettuce
  • Pumpkin

➡️ 60-70% of the plate

3. Fruits:

  • Apple
  • Pear
  • Watermelon
  • Blueberry
  • Lemon (in water or as juice)

➡️ 2 portions per day

4. Proteins (in moderation):

  • Fish (2–3 times a week)
  • Chicken / turkey (small portions)
  • Eggs (up to 4 per week)
  • Vegetable proteins (chickpeas, lentils - moderate)
  • Carbohydrates
  • Integral rice
  • Buckwheat
  • Oats
  • Potatoes (boiled, not fried)

5. Fats

  • Olive oil (1-2 tablespoons per day)
  • Flaxseed oil (cold)

Foods that should be limited or eliminated

  • Salt (max 3–4 g per day)
  • Cured meat, sausages
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Alcohol
  • Fast and industrial food
  • Large quantities of meat

Nutrition according to the type of sand (if known)

If oxalate sand (the most common)

Limit:

  • Spinach
  • Beet
  • Swiss chard (large quantities)
  • Cocoa, chocolate
  • Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts - often)

Add:

Food rich in calcium in moderate amounts (yogurt, kefir) - binds oxalates in the intestines

If urate sand (uric acid)

Limit:

  • Red meat
  • Giblets
  • Sardines, herrings
  • Mushrooms
  • Add:
  • Vegetables
  • Fruit
  • Lemon

➡️ The goal is to alkalinize the urine

If it is phosphate sand

Limit:

  • Milk and milk products
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Add:
  • Whole grains
  • Slightly acidic foods (cranberry, lemon)

What would an ideal day look like?

BREAKFAST:

Oatmeal with an apple + a glass of water with lemon.

Water with lemon - exact quantities and time

How many lemons?

- Juice of ½ fresh lemon (≈ 15–20 ml)

- Dilute in 200-250 ml of lukewarm water

➡️ This amount is optimal to provide citrates (they help prevent crystal binding) without irritating the stomach or kidneys.

When to drink in relation to oat porridge?

A) Best option (recommended)

Drink BEFORE breakfast

Schedule:

1. Get up

2. Drink a glass of lukewarm water with the juice of ½ a lemon

3. Wait 15–20 minutes

4. Eat oat flakes (rolled oats) porridge with an apple.

Why is this the best?

- Increases morning diuresis

- Citrates act directly on urine

- Does not mix with food (better efficiency)

B) If you have a sensitive stomach

Drink AFTER breakfast

Schedule:

1. Eat oat flakes (rolled oats) porridge.

2. Wait 45 minutes.

3. Drink a glass of water with ¼ lemon (≈ 7–10 ml).

➡ ️ A smaller amount of lemon prevents heartburn, and is still beneficial.

How many times a day should you drink lemon water?

1 time a day is enough for sand

Maximum: 2 times a day (morning and afternoon), but not late at night

What does the IDEAL morning block look like?

07:00 – water with ½ lemon

07:20 – oat porridge with an apple

09:30–10:00 – water or mild herbal tea

Important notes

- Do not use concentrated undiluted lemon juice

- Do not drink immediately before going to bed

- If a burning sensation occurs in the stomach → reduce to ¼ lemon

SNACK:

Pear or watermelon.

For a snack with sand in the kidneys, quantity is important — the goal is diuresis without overloading the stomach or sugar.

1. If you choose a pear

- 1 medium pear

(≈ 150–180 g, whole, fresh)

Why exactly this amount?

- Sufficient fiber to bind minerals in the intestines

- Mild diuretic effect

- It does not burden the kidneys

2. If you choose watermelon

- 300–400 g (2 larger slices)

Why this amount?

- High water content → increases urination

- Low sodium content

- No urinary tract irritation

When to eat a snack?

2-3 hours after breakfast

Or 2 hours before lunch

➡️ Do not combine pear and watermelon in the same snack.

Important notes:

- Do not add nuts, yogurt or cakes to this snack

- If you have high blood sugar → prefer pears

- Do not eat watermelon late at night (intensifies urination)

LUNCH:

Boiled chicken + zucchini and carrots + integral rice

For lunch with sand in the kidneys, without burdening the kidneys and with a good diuretic effect.

Recommended quantities:

1. Boiled chicken 100–120 g

(weight after cooking)

Why this amount?

- Sufficient protein for regeneration

- It does not significantly increase the excretion of calcium and uric acid

2. Zucchini 200 g (≈ 1 medium zucchini)

Effect:

- High water content

- Mild diuretic effect

- Does not irritate the kidneys

3. Carrot 100 g (≈ 1 medium)

Effect:

- Antioxidants

- Support of the mucous membrane of the urinary tract

4. Integral rice 60 g dry rice (≈ 180 g cooked)

Why this amount?

- Stable energy

- Low glycemic spike

- It does not acidify the urine too much

How to eat this lunch?

- No added salt or minimal (a pinch - 0.2 g)

- Allowed: 1 tablespoon of olive oil added after cooking

- No bread with the meal

When to drink liquid?

- With lunch: up to 1 glass of water (150–200 ml) during the meal

- Drink a large amount of water 45 minutes after lunch

SNACK:

Herbal tea + apple

When to drink tea?

Best time:

- 30–60 minutes after a snack (apples)

or

- 1.5–2 hours after lunch, if this snack is closer to lunch

Why not together?

- Apple contains pectin, which can slightly slow down absorption

- Tea then has a better diuretic effect

Which herbal tea to choose?

1. Corn silk tea – the first choice

- The safest for sand

- Mild diuretic

- Does not irritate the kidneys

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of corn silk, 250 ml of hot water.

Preparation:

1. Pour with hot water.

2. Cover, leave for 10–15 min.

Amount: 1 cup per day (not often).

2. Horsetail tea

- A stronger diuretic

- Helps expel fine sand

Ingredients: 1 level teaspoon of dry herb of horsetail (≈ 1.5–2 g), 250 ml of cold water.

Preparation:

1. Place the dry plant in cold water.

2. Heat until boiling.

3. When it boils, cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

4. Remove from heat, cover and leave for another 10 minutes.

5. Strain.

➡ ️ Cooking is necessary because the horsetail contains silicon bound in the structure of the plant, which is properly released only by heat treatment.

How to drink?

- 1 cup a day

- The best afternoon, between meals

- Do not drink in the evening (increases urination)

How long?

- 5–7 days maximum, then a break of at least 10 days.

Important notes:

- Do not use in severe kidney diseases, low blood pressure, during pregnancy

- Do not combine with strong diuretics

- Drink with sufficient water intake

3. Chamomile tea – if there is irritation

- Soothes the mucous membrane.

- It is not a strong diuretic, but it is a good accompanying tea

Which tea NOT to drink?

1. Bearberry tea – too strong, irritating

2. Nettle tea - can increase the excretion of minerals

3. Cranberry tea in large quantities – it can acidify the urine

How to fit into the day (example)?

15:30 – apple

16:00 – herbal tea

18:30 – water

DINNER:

Vegetable soup + a slice of integral bread

Ingredients: 400–500 ml of water, 100 g of zucchini, 70 g of carrots, 50 g of potatoes, 50 g of cauliflower or 50 g of broccoli, 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of olive oil, a pinch of salt - 0.2 g (or without), a pinch of fresh parsley.

Preparation:

1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

2. Place in cold water and cook at medium temperature (4) for 15–20 minutes until soft.

3. Towards the end, add olive oil, very little salt 0.2 g (if used, but better without) and a parsley leaf

4. Do not blend the soup completely - let it remain slightly soupy.

How much to eat?

- 1 full bowl (≈ 400–500 ml)

Is bread allowed?

Yes - but with the rule of quantity.

- Integral bread: 1 thin slice (30–40 g)

In the Bread and Rolls category you can find more recipes for integral (whole wheat, wholemeal) bread.

Why is it allowed?

- It does not burden the kidneys

- Gives satiety without excess protein

- It does not have a negative effect on sand expel.

How to eat dinner?

- Eat dinner no later than 2-3 hours before going to bed

- Drink some water with dinner (up to 150 ml)

- Drink larger amounts of liquid earlier in the day

What to avoid in the evening?

- Roux

- Soup cubes or powder soups from bags

- Hot spices

- Cheese, sour cream, milk in soup

Important notes:

- Do not keep a strict diet

- Do not throw out proteins completely

- Do not use strong diuretics for longer than 7-10 days

- If pain occurs → see a doctor
