Sastojci (1 šolja): 1 kašičica mača (en. matcha) praha (1,5–2 g, ceremonijalni ili kvalitetni kulinarski), 200 ml bademovog mleka (nezaslađenog), 1 zgnječena semenka zelenog kardamoma ili prstohvat mlevenog kardamoma (0 1 do 0.2 g), 1–2 kašičice agava sirupa (po ukusu), 30–40 ml tople vode (ne ključale).
Priprema:
1. U manjoj šolji prosej matcha prah da ne ostanu grudvice.
2. Dodaj toplu vodu (oko 70–80 °C) i umuti bambusovom žicom za mucenje ili malom mutilicom dok ne dobiješ glatku, penastu smesu.
3. U šerpici zagrej bademovo mleko na srednjoj temperaturi (4), bez ključanja.
4. Dodaj kardamom u mleko i zagrevaj još 1–2 minuta da se aroma otpusti.
5. Procedi mleko ako si koristila celu semenku kardamoma.
6. U šolju sa mačom dodaj zaslađivač, zatim polako ulij toplo aromatizovano mleko.
7. Po želji blago zapeni mleko pre sipanja.
