5 Prirodnih sokova za pomoc kod peska u bubrezima (5 Natural juices to help with sand in the kidneys)

1. Sok od krastavca, celera i limuna (osnovni diuretik)

Sastojci (1 čaša, ~250 ml): 1 veliki krastavac (≈200 g), 1 stabljika celera (≈40 g), sok od ½ limuna (≈15 ml), 100 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Krastavac dobro operi.

Delovanje:

- Krastavac i celer povećavaju izlučivanje urina

- Limun sadrži citrate koji mogu sprečiti zadržavanje sitnih kristala

- Pogodan kod peska i sitnih kristala

Kada piti i koliko dugo?

- Kada piti: ujutru na prazan stomak

- Trajanje: 7–10 dana

2. Sok od lubenice (najjednostavniji i vrlo efikasan)

Sastojci: 300–400 g sveže lubenice.

Priprema:

1. Očisti lubenicu od kore i koštica. Iseci je na kocke.

2. Stavi u blender i blendaj dok ne postane potpuno tečna.

4. Pij odmah nakon pripreme, dobro rashlađeno.

Delovanje:

- Izrazito diuretička

- Povećava protok urina bez iritacije bubrega

- Pogodna za pesak bez bola

Kada piti i koliko dugo?

Napomena:

Šta to praktično znači?

Sastojci: 2 srednje šargarepe (≈150 g), 1 jabuka (≈150 g), 100 ml vode.

Priprema:

2. Stavi voće i povrće u blender. Dodaj vodu. Blendaj 30–60 sekundi dok ne dobiješ gladak sok.

Delovanje:

- Šargarepa smanjuje upalu

- Jabuka blago alkalizuje urin

- Dobar izbor ako postoji peckanje pri mokrenju

Kada piti i koliko dugo?

Kada piti:

Koliko dugo piti:

4. Sok od peršuna i limuna (oprezno, kratko)

Sastojci: 1 veza svežeg peršuna (≈30 g), sok od ½ limuna, 200 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Peršun dobro operi pod mlazom hladne vode. Po potrebi ukloni deblje drške. Sitno iseckaj peršun i ubaci u blender.

2. Dodaj sok od ½ limuna i vodu. Blendaj 30–60 sekundi dok ne dobiješ ujednačen napitak.

Kada piti i koliko dugo?

Kada piti:

- Ujutru na prazan stomak, odmah nakon buđenja

- Ili između obroka, najmanje 2 sata nakon jela

- Ne piti uveče (jak diuretski efekat)

Koliko dugo piti (VAŽNO):

- 3 dana zaredom – blagi detoks i podsticanje rada bubrega

- Maksimalno 5 dana – i to samo ako nema neželjenih reakcija

Doziranje:

- 1 mala čaša (150–200 ml) 1 put dnevno

- Prvog dana može se krenuti sa ½ doze

Oprez / ne preporučuje se:

- Trudnicama

Sastojci: ½ manje cvekle (≈50 g), 1 jabuka, 1 manji krastavac.

Priprema:

Kada piti i koliko dugo?

Kada piti:

1. 2–2,5 l vode dnevno

2. Smanjiti so i industrijsku hranu

3. Ograničiti meso, suhomesnato i gazirana pića

4. Kretanje (šetnja pomaže pomeranje peska)

When NOT to use juices?

- Severe pain in the back or lower abdomen

- Temperature, nausea, blood in the urine

- Diagnosed stone >5 mm

→ then a doctor is mandatory

Natural juices from fruits and vegetables can be a useful support in expelling sand from the kidneys, but they are not a substitute for therapy if there is a stone, pain or infection. The main goal is to: increase diuresis, slightly alkalize the urine (depending on the type of sand) and reduce inflammation of the urinary tract.

1. Cucumber, celery and lemon juice (basic diuretic)

Ingredients (1 glass, ~250 ml): 1 large cucumber (≈200 g), 1 stalk of celery (≈40 g), juice of ½ lemon (≈15 ml), 100 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Wash the cucumber well. If necessary, peel it (if it has a thick or bitter skin), then cut it into larger pieces. Wash the stalk of celery and cut it into smaller pieces.

2. Put in a blender together with lemon juice and water. Blend until you get a uniform, smooth texture.

3. If desired, strain through a fine strainer or gauze if you want a clearer juice, but it is nutritionally richer if drunk unstrained.

4. Drink immediately after preparation, preferably in the morning or between meals.

Effect:

- Cucumber and celery increase urine output

- Lemon contains citrates that can prevent the retention of small crystals

- Suitable for sand and small crystals

When to drink and for how long?

- When to drink: in the morning on an empty stomach

- Duration: 7–10 days

2. Watermelon juice (the simplest and most effective)

Ingredients: 300–400 g of fresh watermelon.

Preparation:

1. Peel and pit the watermelon. Cut it into cubes.

2. Place in a blender and blend until completely liquid.

3. Strain if necessary, but it is recommended to drink it undiluted.

4. Drink immediately after preparation, well chilled.

Effect:

- Highly diuretic

- Increases urine flow without irritating the kidneys

- Suitable for sand without pain

When to drink and for how long?

When to drink: between meals

- Watermelon juice is drunk in short cycles, not continuously.

Recommended duration:

- 3–5 days in a row – for a mild diuretic effect and hydration

- 7 days – for fluid retention or “sand” in the kidneys

How to drink?

- 1 glass (250–300 ml) 1–2 times a day

- Best in the morning on an empty stomach or between meals

- Do not drink late at night (can increase urination)

Break:

After the cycle, take a break for 7-10 days, then repeat if necessary.

Notes:

- If there is diabetes, insulin resistance or kidney problems, drink juice moderately and for no longer than 3-5 days.

- Do not mix with other foods*

Note:

What does that practically mean?

1. Do not drink juice immediately with a meal

- Juices such as beet, apple and cucumber juice or cucumber, celery and lemon juice work best when drunk on an empty stomach or between meals.

- If it is taken with food, it will be digested more slowly and the diuretic effect may be weaker, which means that the sand will not pass through the kidneys faster.

2. Do not mix several different juices at the same time

Do not mix, for example, beet juice + carrot juice in one glass.

- It is better to drink one type of juice at once, waiting 2-3 hours before the next one, so that the body can properly absorb the nutrients and use the diuretic effect.

3. Do not add other drinks or foods to the juice

- For example milk, yogurt, nuts, tea, coffee or sweet syrups.

- The juice should be clean and natural, because combinations can reduce the efficiency in expelling sand.

A rule that helps

- 1 glass of juice → 1–2 hours before/after meals → water as needed

- If you feel the need for another nutritious drink, drink it at least 2 hours after the juice

3. Carrot and apple juice (for mucous membrane regeneration)

Ingredients: 2 medium carrots (≈150 g), 1 apple (≈150 g), 100 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Wash the carrots well, peel them and cut them into rings. Wash the apple, remove the seeds and cut it into larger pieces (the peel can remain).

2. Put fruits and vegetables in a blender. Add water. Blend for 30-60 seconds until you get a smooth juice.

3. Strain if desired, but it is better to drink unstrained juice to regenerate the mucous membrane.

Juice effect:

- Carrots reduce inflammation

- Apple slightly alkalizes the urine

- A good choice if there is a burning sensation when urinating

When to drink and for how long?

When to drink:

- Best in the morning on an empty stomach or 30-60 minutes before a meal

- It can be drunk between meals, but not immediately after eating (2 hours after meal)

How long to drink:

- 7 days – for mild regeneration of the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines

- 10–14 days – in case of sensitive stomach, gastritis or mucous membrane irritation

Dosage:

- 1 glass (250–300 ml) once a day

- For a very sensitive stomach: start with ½ glass for the first 2-3 days

Note:

- If there is increased acid, drink the juice lukewarm or at room temperature

- In case of diabetes or insulin resistance, limit to 7 days

4. Parsley and lemon juice (carefully, briefly)

Ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh parsley (≈30 g), juice of ½ lemon, 200 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Wash the parsley well under cold water. If necessary, remove thicker stems. Finely chop the parsley and put it in the blender.

2. Add juice of ½ lemon and water. Blend for 30-60 seconds until you get a smooth drink.

3. Strain if desired, but it is most often drunk unstrained.

Effect:

- Strong natural diuretic

- Can help with sand retention

Important:

- Drink no more than 3 days in a row.

- Do not use it in case of kidney inflammation, pregnancy or low blood pressure.

When to drink and for how long?

When to drink:

- In the morning on an empty stomach, right after waking up

- Or between meals, at least 2 hours after eating

- Do not drink in the evening (strong diuretic effect)

How long to drink (IMPORTANT):

- 3 days in a row – mild detox and stimulation of kidney function

- A maximum of 5 days - and only if there are no unwanted reactions

Dosage:

- 1 small glass (150–200 ml) once a day

- On the first day, you can start with ½ dose

Caution / not recommended:

- Pregnant women

- People with low blood pressure

- With stomach irritation, gastritis or active kidney problems

- Do not combine with other strong diuretic juices in the same period

5. Beetroot, apple and cucumber juice (only in certain cases)

Ingredients: ½ small beetroot (≈50 g), 1 apple, 1 small cucumber.

Preparation:

1. Peel the beets and cut them into smaller pieces. Clean the apple from the seeds and cut it into pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut it into smaller pieces (peel cucumber if the peel is thick or bitter).

2. Put everything in a blender or juicer, add a little water (≈50–100 ml) if desired. Blend until smooth, filter if necessary.

Effect:

- Improves circulation in the kidneys

- Helps with stagnation, but NOT for oxalate sand

When to drink and for how long?

When to drink:

- Best in the morning, between breakfast and lunch or between meals.

- Never right before bed, because it is a natural diuretic.

How long to drink:

- 1 glass a day, maximum 3-5 days in a row.

- Can be combined with water or mild herbal tea during the day.

CAUTION

It is dangerous for oxalate sand → avoid if the type of sand is known as oxalate.

What is just as important as juices?

1. 2–2.5 l of water per day

2. Reduce salt and industrial food

3. Limit meat, dried meat and carbonated drinks

4. Movement (walking helps move the sand)
