Biskvit bez jaja (Biscuit with no eggs)

Sastojci: 500g glatkog brašna, 15g praska za pecivo, 280g šećera, 20g vanilin secera, 600ml mleka, 300g margarina (otopljenog), prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati brašno, šećer, vanilin secer, so, prašak za pecivo. 

2. Dodati margarin i 300ml mleka. Promesati.

3. Dodati preostalo mleko i sve dobro sjediniti.

4. Pleh namazati margarinom i posuti sa malo brasna ili staviti papir za pecenje.

5. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 25 do 30 minuta.

Biskvit je gotov kada zabodete cackalicu u sredinu i izadje cista, bez testa.

Prvih 20 minuta ne otvarati rernu da ne spasne biskvit kasnije.

6. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 500g plain flour, 15g baking powder, 280g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 600ml milk, 300g margarine (melted), pinch of salt.

Preparation:

1. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder.

2. Add margarine and 300ml milk. Stir.

3. Add remaining milk and mix well.

4. Grease a baking tray with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour or line with baking paper.

5. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 25 to 30 minutes.

The biscuit is ready when you insert a toothpick into the middle and it comes out clean, without dough.

Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes so as not to save the biscuit later.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool.
