Sastojci: mini mocarela sir, cajna (isecena na kolutice), mini paradajz, cackalice (duze); preliv za zalogaje: 100ml maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika jabukovog sirceta, 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu ili granulama, 5 lista bosiljka (sitno iseckanog), prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1) U manju teglu staviti sastojke za preliv i promuckati. Ostaviti pola sata.
2) Na cackalicu redjati, sir, cajnu, pa paradajz.
3) Preliti zalogaje i posluziti.
Savet: mozete da koristite i obicnu mocarelu, samo je isecite na polovine ili cetrvtine. Takodje, mozete koristiti veci paradajz, i isecite na polovine ili cetvrine zavisno od velicine paradajza.
Ingredients: mini mozzarella cheese, tea sausage - similar to kulen but not spicy (cut into rings), mini tomatoes, toothpicks (longer); marinade for snacks: 100ml of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder or granules, 5 basil leaves (finely chopped), a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1) Put the marinade ingredients in a small jar and stir. Leave for half an hour.
2) Arrange on a toothpick, cheese, tea sausage, then tomatoes.
3) Pour marinade over snacks and serve.
Tip: you can also use regular mozzarella, just cut it in halves or quarters. You can also use a larger tomatoes and cut it in halves or quarters depending on the size of the tomato.
