Sastojci: 2 kasike kima, 2 kašike aleve paprike, 2 kašike belog luka u prahu, 2 kašike zutog šećera, 3 kašike soli, 1 1/2 kašike crnog bibera, 1 1/2 kašike belog bibera; za ljutu verziju dodajte 2 kašike čilija u prahu.
Priprema:
1. Pomešati sve sastojke i dobro promešati.
2. Mešavinu začina utapkati pristima u rebarca i ostaviti preko noći u frižideru.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons cumin, 2 tablespoons sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of black pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons white pepper; for the spicy version, add 2 tablespoons chili powder.
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients and mix well.
2. Rub this mixture with your fingers in ribs and leave overnight in the fridge.
