Sastojci: 1 kg sargarepe, 250g secera, sok i strugana kora od jedne pomorandze, 3 kasike obicnog mlevenog keksa, 100g margarina, jos secera.
Priprema:
1) Sargarepu oljustiti i izrendati. Margarin penasto umutiti.
2) Pomesati sve sastojke. Dobro izmesati i praviti bombice.
3) Uvaljati u secer.
Predlog: mozete napraviti Kolac od sagarape sa glazurom.
Ingredients: 1 kg of carrots, 250g of sugar, juice and grated rind of one orange, 3 tablespoons of plain ground biscuits, 100g margarine, more sugar.
Preparation:
1) Peel and grate the carrots. Whisk margarine until foamy.
2) Mix all ingredients. Stir well and make bomblets.
3) Roll in sugar.
Suggestion: you can make Carrot cake topped with glaze.
