Sastojci: 200g kukuruznog brasna, 50g kukuruznog belog brasna, 80g psenicnom brasna, 200ml kisele vode, 200ml jogurta, 100ml ulja, 3 jaja, 300g sitnog sira (ili mladog sira ili fete), 8g praska za pecivo.
Priprema:
1) Pomesati kukuruzno brasno, kukuruzno belo brasno, psenicno brasno i prasak za pecivo. Jajaj umutiti visljuskom,. a sir izmrviti.
2) Dodati kiselu vodu, jogurt, ulje i jaja i dobro sve promesati da se sjedini.
3) Dodati sir i promesati.
4) Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje ili namazati sa malo margarna. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 10 minuta, zatim smanjite na 175 C i peci jos oko pola sata.
Predlog: mozete napraviti proju sa cvarcima.
Ingredients: 200g corn flour, 50g corn white flour, 80g wheat flour, 200ml carbonated water, 200ml buttermilk, 100ml oil, 3 eggs, 300g cottage cheese (or farmer cheese or feta), 8g baking powder.
Preparation:
1) Mix corn flour, corn white flour, wheat flour and baking powder. Whisk the eggs with a fork,. and crumble the cheese.
2) Add carbonated water, buttermilk, oil and eggs and mix well to combine.
3) Add cheese and stir.
4) Line the baking tray with baking paper or spread with a little margarine. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 10 minutes, then reduce to 175 C and bake for another half an hour.
Suggestion: you can meke corn bread with pork crisps.
