Sastojci: 250g margarina (sobne temperature i mekan), 500-540g secera u prahu, 45ml slatke pavlake ili zamena za pola-pola krem ili punomasnog mleka, 8ml vanila ekstrakta, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1) Sa mikserom na srenjoj brzini mutiti margarin dok ne postane kremast (oko 2 minuta).
2) Secer u prahu podeliti na 4 dela. Dodavati po cetvrtinu i mutiti da se sjedini nakon svakog dodavanja.
3) Dodati slatku pavlaku, vanila ekstrakt i so i na najmanjoj brzini mutiti 1 minut. Povecati na srednju i mutiti oko 5 do 6 minuta.
Napomena: ako je preliv redji dodati jos oko 50-60g secera u prahu. Ako je preliv gusci dodati 15ml slatke pavlake.
So se dodaje ako je fil presladak.
Ingredients: 250g margarine (room temperature and soft), 500-540g powdered sugar, 45ml heavy cream or half-half cream (or substitute for half-and-half) or whole milk, 8ml vanilla extract, a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1) With a mixer on medium speed, stir the margarine until it becomes creamy (about 2 minutes).
2) Divide powdered sugar into 4 parts. Add in a quarter and mix to combine after each addition.
3) Add heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Increase to medium and mix for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Note: if the filling is thinner, add another 50-60g of powdered sugar. If the filling is thicker add 15ml of sweet sour cream.
Salt is added if the filling is too sweet.
