Preliv za povrce peceno u rerni i kuvane leblebije (Dressing for oven-roasted vegetables and cooked chickpeas)

Sastojci: 200ml supe, 4 cena belog luka, 1 kasika majčine dušice (sveze, sitno seckane), 3 veze svežeg lista peršuna (sitno seckanog), sok od jednog limuna, 3 kašičice slatke paprike u prahu, 2 kašičice kurkurme u prahu, so, biber, maslinovo ulje.


Priprema:

1. Beli luk oljustiti i iseci na kockice.

2. Pomesati sve sastojke.


Ingredients: 200ml of soup, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of Breckland thyme (fresh, finely chopped), 3 bunches of fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped), juice of one lemon, 3 teaspoons of sweet paprika powder, 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, salt, pepper, olive oil.


Preparation:

1. Peel the garlic and cut it into cubes.

2. Mix all the ingredients.
