Lešnik napitak - mleko (Hazelnut drink - milk)

Lešnik napitak možeš koristiti umesto kupovnog biljnog mleka.

Sastojci (za oko 500 ml): 100 g sirovih ili pečenih lešnika (bez ljuske), 400–450 ml vode, prstohvat soli, ½ kašičice vanila ekstrakta ili 1 kašičica zaslađivača (agava sirup, med, javorov sirup).

Priprema:

1. Ako koristiš sirove lešnike, peci ih u rerni na 160°C oko 10–12 minuta, povremeno mešajući, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju i intenzivniji ukus. 

2. Ostaviti da se malo ohlade.

3. Stavi lešnike u blender, dodaj 400 ml vode i so. Blendaj 2–3 minuta dok smesa ne postane glatka i kremasta.

4. Procedi napitak kroz gustu gazu, sito ili mleko kesicu da dobiješ glatku tečnost.

5. Po potrebi dodaj preostalu vodu da dobiješ željenu gustinu.

6. Po želji zasladi vanila ekstraktom ili agava sirupom, ili medom ili javorovim sirupom.

Napomena:

Dobijeni napitak čuvaj u frižideru do 3 dana.

You can use hazelnut drink instead of store-bought nut (plant-based) milk.

Ingredients (for about 500 ml): 100 g of raw or roasted hazelnuts (without shells), 400–450 ml of water, a pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon of sweetener (agave syrup, honey, maple syrup).

Preparation:

1. If you use raw hazelnuts, bake them in the oven at 160°C for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they acquire a golden color and a more intense taste.

2. Let them cool down a bit.

3. Put the hazelnuts in a blender, add 400 ml of water and salt. Blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

4. Strain the drink through thick cheesecloth, a sieve or a milk bag to get a smooth liquid.

5. If necessary, add the remaining water to get the desired thickness.

6. If desired, sweeten with vanilla extract or agave syrup, or honey or maple syrup.

Note:

Keep the resulting drink in the fridge for up to 3 days.
