Sastojci: 2 jaja, 400 g grčkog jogurta, 550 g belog ostrog brašna T400 ili T500, 10 g praska za pecivo, ½ kasicice soli, za premazivanje - 2 jaja, so, zacini za bagel.
Priprema:
0. Prosejati brasno. Pomesati 200 g brašna sa praškom za pecivo i solju.
1. Umutite jaja sa grčkim jogurtom.
2. Dodati mesavinu brasna, praska za peciva i soli. Promešajte.
3. Sodajte ostatak brašna i kratko umesite testo, samo da se sjedini.
Dobićete lepljivo testo.
4. Testo oodelite na 10 dela.
5. Oblikovati loptice. Svaku malo spljostiti rukama. U sredini svake loptice napravite manje krugove (rakijskom casicom).
6. Premažite ih sa umućenim jajetom sa malo soli. Posuti zacinom za bagel.
7. Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje. Poredjati bagels - americke djevreke.
8. Zagrejati rernu na 200 C.
9. Peci od 20 do 30 minuta, dok ne porumene sa obe strane.

5. Shape into balls. Flatten each one a little with your hands. Make small circles in the middle of each ball (with a brandy cup).
6. Coat them with beaten egg with a little salt. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
7. Cover the tray with baking paper. Arrange bagels - American bagels.
8. Heat the oven to 200 C.
9. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
