Makarone sa kobasicom 2 (Macaroni with sausage 2)

Sastojci: 6 kobasica, 1 kašičica semena komorača, 1 kašičica sušenog origana, 4 čena belog luka, 4 kašike balzamiko sirćeta,3 mlada luka, 1 šargarepa, 1 štapić celera, 400 g paradajza (iseckanog), 500 g penne testenine, parmezan (rendani).

Priprema:

1. Očistite vrhove mladog luka. Oljuštite šargarepu. Na krupno iseckajte mladi luk, šargarepu i stap celera. Oljuštite beli luk i sitno ga iseckajte.

2. Stavite u blender ili procesor hrane sve osim belog luka. Sameljite nekoliko sekundi dok ne postane krupno.

3. Dodajte povrće u tiganj sa malo maslinovog ulja, na srednjoj temperaturi (4), przite povremeno messjuci.

4. Na krupno iseckajte kobasice i dodajte ih u procesor hrane. Dodajte seme komorača i origano.

5. Dodajte kobasice u tiganj i mešajte da se razbiju. Povremeno mešajte.

6. Dodajte beli luk i balzamiko sirće. Pržite nekoliko minuta mešajući.

7. Dodajte paradajz i povremeno mešajte. Dodajte malo vode.

8. Skuvajte pene testeninu - makarone u vrućoj vodi začinjenoj solju, prema uputstvu na pakovanju.

9. Ocedite makarone - testeninu i sačuvajte deo vode u kojoj su se kuvali.

10. Dodajte makarone u šerpu sa povrćem i kobasicama. Dobro promešajte i dodajte malo vode od testenine ako je sos previše gust.

11. Začinite solju i biberom.

12. Stavite makarone - testeninu sa kobasicama u činiju i dodajte malo parmezana, sveže naribanog.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Makarone sa kobasicom.


Ingredients: 6 sausages, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp dried oregano, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 spring onions, 1 carrot, 1 stick of celery, 400g tomatoes (chopped), 500g penne pasta, Parmesan cheese (grated).

Preparation: 

1. Clean tops from spring onions. Peel one carrot. Roughly chop spring onions, carrot and one celery stick. Peel garlic and finely chop it.

2. Put in a blender or food processor, everything except garlic. Process for a few seconds until coarse.

3. Add vegetables into the frying pan with some olive oil, over medium heat (4), stir occasionally.

4. Roughly chop sausages and add them to the food processor. Add fennel seeds and oregano. 

5. Add the sausages to the frying pan and stir to break them up. Stir from time to time.

6. Add garlic and balsamic vinegar. Fry for a few minutes stirring.

7. Add  tomatoes and stir from time to time. Add a little water.

8. Cook penne pasta - macaroni in hot water seasoned with salt, according to the package.

9. Drain the macaroni - pasta and save some of the cooking water. 

10. Add macaroni to the pan with veggies and sausages. Stir well and add some of the reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick. 

11. Season with salt and pepper.

12. Place macaroni - pasta with sausages into a bowl and add some parmesan cheese freshly grated.

Suggestion: you can make Macaroni with sausage.
