Azijski sos za brzo przenje i mesanje povrca 2 (Asian sauce for stir fry veggies 2)

Sastojci: 6 čena belog luka (mlevenog), 3 kašike svežeg đumbira (2 cm, mlevenog) ili ½ kašičice đumbira u prahu, 250 ml pilece ili čorbe od povrća, 4 kašike soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 2 kašike mirina ili kašike suvog šerija, 1 kašika ulja susama, 2 kašike secera, ¼ kàsicice mlevenog belog bibera.

Priprema: 

1. Pomešajte sve sastojke u šerpi i zagrejte na srednjoj vatri (4) mešajući dok se šećer ne rastvori. 

2. Koristite odmah.


Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru 4 dana.

Mozete koristiti za brzo mesanje, brzo przenje povrca i mesa.

Ingredients: 6 garlic cloves (minced), 3 tablespoons fresh ginger (2 cm, minced) or ½ teaspoon ginger powder, 250 ml chicken or vegetable broth, 4 tablespoons soy sauce or substitute for soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin or dry sherry, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, ¼ tsp ground white pepper.

Preparation: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat (4) stirring until the sugar dissolves. 

2. Use straight away.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 days.

You can use it for quick stiring quick frying veggies and meat.
