Vocna torta sa keksom i jogurtom (Fruit cake with biscuits and yogurt)

Sastojci: 800g keksa, 3 kašike šećera u prahu, 500g jagoda (ociscene, iseckane), 3 banane (oljustene, zgnjecene), 100g čokolade, 800 ml jogurta 3.2 % mm ili grckog jogurta, 20g vanilin šećera, za preliv - cokoladna glazura sa slatkom pavlakom.

Priprema:

1. Keks staviti u kesu za zamrzivac i uz pomoc oklagije, flase ili tegle izmrviti keks.

2. Cokoladu iseci na kockice.

3. Pomesati jagode, banane, cokoladu, secer u prahu i vanilin secer. Preliti jogurtom, promešati i sjediniti. 

4. Rasporediti po plehu oblozenim papirom za pecenje.

5. Napraviti cokoladnu glazuru. Preliti preko smese.

6. Ostaviti da se ohladi. 

7. Cuvati u frizideru.


Ingredients: 800g of biscuits, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 500g of strawberries (cleaned, chopped), 3 bananas (peeled, mashed), 100g of chocolate, 800 ml of buttermilk 3.2 % milk fat or Greek yogurt, 20g of vanilla sugar, for the topping - chocolate glaze with heavy cream.

Preparation:

1. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush the biscuit with a rolling pin, bottle or jar.

2. Cut chocolate into small cubes.

3. Mix strawberries, bananas, chocolate, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour buttermilk or yogurt over, mix and combine.

4. Arrange on a baking pan covered with baking paper.

5. Prepare the chocolate glaze . Pour over the mixture.

6. Leave to cool.

7. Store in the refrigerator.
