Sastojci: 200 g glatkog pšeničnog brašna tip 550, 10 g praška za pecivo, 50 g šećera, 20 g vanilin secera, 80 g rogaca u prahu, 320 ml mleka, 2 jaja, 8 kasika ulja.
Potrebno: aparat za galete.
Priprema:
1. U ciniji pomiješajte brašno, šećer, rogac i prašak za pecivo.
2. U drugoj ciniji umutite jaja. Dodati mleko i ulje i dobro promesati.
3. Mokre sastojke dodajte suvim sastojcima. Sve dobro sjedinite mutilicom ili kasikom.
4. Zagrejati kalup za galete.
5. Jednu kutlaci smjese sipati u kalup peci do željene boje.
