Sastojci: 1 kg meda, 5 kasika semena koprive, 5 kasika kakaoa (organski, ne onaj za kolace).
Potrebno: tegla od 1.5 kg, drvena kasika ili plasticna (metalna nikako).
Priprema:
0. U secku ili mlinu za kafu samleti semenke koprive u prah.
1. U teglu sipati 500 g meda.
2. Dodati semenke koprive i promesati drvenom kasikom da se sjedini.
3. Dodati kakao i promesati drvenom kasikom da se sjedini.
4. Sipati u teglu sa ostatkom 500 g meda i mesati drvenom kasikom da se smesa izjednaci.
5. Cuvati u frizideru do 14 dana.
Upotreba: 3 puta na dan, 1 kasika pola sata pre dorucka, 1 kasika pola sata pre rucka i 1 kasika pola sata pre vecere.
Uzimati 3 meseca.
Napraviti pauzu 2 nedelje.
Ponoviti ako je potrebno.

4. Pour into a jar with the remaining 500 g of honey and stir with a wooden spoon to even out the mixture.
5. Store in the refrigerator for 14 days.
Use: 3 times a day, 1 tablespoon half an hour before breakfast, 1 tablespoon half an hour before lunch and 1 tablespoon half an hour before dinner.
Take for 3 months.
Make a break for 2 weeks.
Repeat if needed.
