Sastojci: 250g margarina, 125g sećera, prstohvat soli, 400g brašna, 5 g praška za pecivo, 2 kašičice zelenog čaja u prahu, za valjanje - secer monk voca, kokosov, secer u prahu.
Priprema:
0. Pomesati brasno, so, prasak za pecivo i zeleni caj.
1. Sećer i margarin penasto umutiti sa mikserom.
2. Dodati mesavinu brasna i promesati kasikom.
3. Mesiti rukom.
4. Testo podeliti na 3 dela.
5. Svaki deo oblikovati u valjak sirine 2.5 do 3 cm.
4. Uviti u papir za pecenje.
5. Staviti u frizider na 30 minuta.
6. Iseci kolutove na 0.5 cm debljine. Poredjati u pleh praveci razmak izmedju kolacica.
7. Pleh obloziti sa papirom za pečenje i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 12 do 15 minuta.
8. Ostaviti da se malo ohlade pa uvaljajte kolacice u šecer.

Preparation:
0. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and green tea.
1. Beat the sugar and margarine until foamy with a mixer.
2. Add the flour mixture and mix with a spoon.
3. Knead by hand.
4. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
5. Shape each part into a roll 2.5 to 3 cm wide.
4. Wrap in baking paper.
5. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Cut the rings to 0.5 cm thick. Arrange in the tray, making a space between the cookies.
7. Cover the tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 12 to 15 minutes.
8. Leave to cool a little, then roll the cookies in sugar.
