Sastojci: 250 g šećera, 250 ml slatke pavlake, 30 g putera ili gi putera, 60 g meda, ½ kasicice vanila ekstrakta.
Priprema:
1. Kalup veličine 20x20 cm obložiti papirom za pečenje i premazati tankim slojem ulja.
2. U šerpu staviti šećer, pavlaku, puter, ekstrakt vanile i med i zagrevati na srednje niskoj temperaturi (4), mesajuci, da se šećer rastopi, dok masa ne dobije karamel boju i zgusne se.
3. Smesu odmah sipati na papir i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
4. Jos mlaku, ali već stegnutu masu, pažjivo odlepiti od papira.
5. Vratiti na papir i nauljenim nožem polako seći na kockice 2×2 cm.
6. Staviti u frizider da se stegne.
7. Mozete ih spakovati u celofan.

5. Put it back on the paper and slowly cut it into 2×2 cm cubes with an oiled knife.
6. Put in the refrigerator to set.
7. You can pack them in cellophane.
