Cokoladno biskvit testo (Chocolate biscuit dough)

Sastojci: 6 žumanaca, 6 kasika šećera, 6 kasika ulja, 6 kasika mleka, 1 ½ kasika kakaoa, 10 g praška za pecivo, 6 kasika brašna.

Priprema:

0. Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i kakao.

1. Penasto umutiti šećer i žumanca.

2. Postepeno dodavati mleko i ulje muteci i dalje. 


3. Dodati mesavinu brasna i promesati kasikom da se masa izjednaci.

4. Kalup 20x30 cm obloziti papirom za pecenje. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 10 do 15 minuta.

5. Ostavite da se biskvit ohladi u rerni

Predlog: od belanaca mozete napraviti fil za mancmelou.


Ingredients: 6 egg yolks, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of milk, 1 ½ tbsps of cocoa, 10 g of baking powder, 6 tbsps of flour.

Preparation:

0. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa.

1. Beat the sugar and egg yolks until foamy.

2. Gradually add milk and oil to the mixer still mixing.

3. Add the flour mixture and stir with a spoon to even out the mass.

4. Line a 20x30 cm pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes.

5. Leave the biscuit to cool in the oven


Suggestion: you can use egg whites to make a munchmallow filling.
