Caj za pred spavanje (Bedtime tea)

Sastojci: 1 kasicica kamilice, 1 kasicica lavande (cvet), 1 kasicica ruzinih latica, 1 kasicica nevena (cvet), 1 kasicica kore pomorandze (rendana) po jednoj solji.

Priprema:
1. Pomešajte sve biljke.
2. Na 200 ml ključale vode koristiti 1 kafenu kašičicu cajne mesavine. 

3. Poklopiti. Ostaviti da stoji 5 do 10 minuta.
4. Procediti.
5. Dodajte koru od pomorandže.
6. Poklopiti i ostaviti da odstoji 2 minuta.
7. Procediti.

Možete koristiti čajnik, infuzer za čaj ili filter za čaj. Ove metode kuvanja će dati bogatiji ukus caju.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of chamomile, 1 teaspoon of lavender (flower), 1 teaspoon of rose petals, 1 teaspoon of calendula (flower), 1 teaspoon of orange peel (grated) per one cup.

Preparation:
1. Mix all herbs.
2. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of herb mix per 200 ml boiling water. 
3. Cover. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Strain.
5. Add orange peel.
6. Cover and let it stand for 2 minutes.
7. Strain.

You can use a teapot, tea infuser, or tea filter. These brewing methods will give a richer, more flavorful cup of tea.
