Meze u zelenoj salati (Appetizers in lettuce)

Sastojci: zelena salata  krastavac, paradajz, slani krekeri, suvi vrat, pečenica, kulen, gauda kackavalj, čedar sir, mocarela sir, masline, beli sir, jaja (tvrdo barena).

Priprema: 
1. Zelenu salatu oprati i iscepkati listove. Jaja iseci na pola po duzini. Krastavac oljustiti. Krastavac i paradajz iseci na kolutove. Gauda i cedar kackavalj iseci na stapice. Suvi vrat i pecenicu iseci ili na listove ili ako su u komadu na kocke velicine zalogaja. Mocarela sir iseci na kolutove, a beli sir na kocke velicine zalogaja.

2. Staviti dva lista zelene salate jedan na drugi. Sa jedne strane, do pola, poredjati krekere da se preklapaju i malo vire. Na cetvrtinu prazne salate, poredjati krastavac, a na drugu cetvrtinu paradajz, isto kao i krekere. 
3. Kulen poredjati preko krastavca. Suvi vrat urolati pa poredjati na pola krekera jedan do drugog. Na drugu polovinu krekera poredjati mocarelu. Preko paradajza poredjati urolanu pecenicu.
4. Gaudu i cedar poredjati preko suvog vrata i pecenice, na pola po duzini.
5. U sredinu staviti polovine jaja.
6. Oko jaja poredjati beli sir i nekoliko maslina.

Ingredients: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, salty crackers, dried pork neck, smoked pork tenderloin, kulen, gouda cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, olives, queso fresco cheese, eggs (hard-boiled).

Preparation:
1. Wash the lettuce and remove the leaves. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber and tomato into rings. Cut the gouda and cheddar into sticks. Cut the dried pork neck and the smoked pork tenderloin either into slices or, if they are in a piece, into bite-sized cubes. Cut the mozzarella cheese into rings, and the queso fresco cheese into bite-sized cubes.
2. Place two lettuce leaves on top of each other. On one side, half way, arrange the crackers so that they overlap and stick out a little. On a quarter of empty lettuce arrange a cucumber, and on the other quarter tomatoes, as you did with crackers.
3. Arrange the kulen over the cucumber. Roll up the dried pork neck and line up on the half of the crackers next to each other. Arrange the mozzarella on the other half of the crackers. Arrange the smoked pork tenderloin over the tomatoes.
4. Arrange the gouda and cheddar over the dried pork neck and smoked pork tenderloin, in half lengthwise.
5. Place half of the eggs in the middle.
6. Arrange queso fresco cheese and a few olives around the eggs.
