Sastojci: 100g cokolade (crne), 300g lešnika, 30g kokosovog secera, 25g kakao praha, ½ kasicice cimeta, 1 kašika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Lešnike poredjati u pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 10 do 13 minuta, dok ne zamirišu.
2. Vruće lešnike pažljivo stavite u posudu sa poklopcem i protresite, da se ljuska skine.
3. Stavite u blender i blendirati oko 5 minuta dok se ne dobije kremasti namaz.
4. Otopiti čokoladu na pari. Skloniti sa sporeta.
5. Dodati samlevene lesnike kokosov šećer, kakao prah, kokosovo ulje, cimet, vanila ekstrakt i so.
Mešati jedan minut dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine.
6. Sipati i teglu i ostaviti da se ohladi.
7. Cuvati u frižideru.
Ingredients: 100g of chocolate (dark), 300g of hazelnuts, 30g of coconut sugar, 25g of cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (melted), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1. Arrange the hazelnuts in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10 to 13 minutes, until fragrant.
2. Carefully place the hot hazelnuts in a container with a lid and shake to remove the shell.
3. Place in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes until a creamy spread is obtained.
4. Melt the chocolate over steam. Remove from the stove.
5. Add hazelnut spread, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt.
Mix for one minute until all ingredients are combined.
6. Pour into the jar and leave to cool.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
