Za ciscenje krvnih sudova, za masnoce u krvi i vene (For cleaning blood vessels, for fats in the blood and veins)

Ima jos jedan nacin pripreme nakon recepta na engleskom.

Sastojci: 3 limuna, 500 ml tople vode, ½ kasicice sode bikarbone, 50 g belog luka (priblizno 9 cena).

Priprema:

0. Oljustiti beli luk.

1. U ciniju staviti toplu vodu. Dodati sodu bikarbonu i promesati.

2. Dodati limun i ostaviti 15 minuta.


3. Isprati limun pod mlazom vode.

4. Iseci krajeve limuna. Iseci na pola i svaku polovinu na 4 dela. Ukloniti kostice ako ih ima.

5. Staviti u seckalicu ili blender i usitniti dok ne dobijete kasu.

6. Sipati u teglu.

7. Cuvati u frizideru.

Upotreba: jednom dnevno, 1 kasika sa casom tople vode pola sata pre dorucka (na prazan stomak) tokom 25 dana.

Pauza je 10 dana.

Ako treba ponoviti jos jednom 25 dana.

Ingredients: 3 lemons, 500 ml of warm water, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 50 g of garlic (approximately 9 cloves).

Preparation:

0. Peel the garlic.

1. Put warm water in the bowl. Add baking soda and stir.

2. Add lemon and leave for 15 minutes.

3. Rinse the lemon under running water.

4. Cut the ends of the lemon. Cut in half and each half into 4 pieces. Remove the pits if there are any.

5. Put in a chopper or blender and chop until you get a porridge consistency.

6. Pour into a jar.

7. Store in the refrigerator.

Use: once a day, 1 tablespoon with a glass of warm water half an hour before breakfast (on an empty stomach) for 25 days.

The break is 10 days.

If it needs to be repeated, use it once more, for 25 days.
