Sastojci: 285 g kasava brasna - manioka brasna, 110 g kokosovog ulja (otopljenog i blago ohlađenog), 150 ml vode (tople), ½ šolje sušene kamilice, 115 g meda, ¼ šolje kolagena u prahu, 3 jaja (sobne temperature), 1 kašika ekstrakta vanile, ½ kašičice sode bikarbone (prosejane), ¼ kašičice morske soli.
Priprema:
1. U blenderu pomešajte jaja, vodu, kamilicu, otopljeno ulje, med i vanilu. Blendirajte na srednjoj brzini 30 sekundi.
2. U činiji prosejte brašno od kasave, kolagen, sodu bikarbonu i morsku so.
3. Dodajte suve sastojke u blender i blendajte 8 sekundi. Sastružite smesu sa stranica gumenom špatulom i ponovo blendajte dodatnih 8 sekundi, dok se suvi sastojci potpuno ne sjedine.
4. Obložite kalup za mafine kvadratima papira za pečenje ili korpicama za mafine.
5. Napunite kalup za mafine testom.
6. Zagrejati rernu na 165°C (325°F) i pecite dok čačkalica umetnuta u sredinu ne izađe čista, oko 25 minuta.
Ingredients: 285 g cassava flour, 110 g coconut oil (melted and cooled slightly), 150 ml water (warm), ½ cup chamomile dried, bulk, 115 g honey, ¼ cup collagen powder, 3 eggs (room temperature), 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon baking soda (sifted), ¼ teaspoon sea salt.
Preparation:
1. Combine in a blender eggs, water, chamomile, melted oil, honey, and vanilla. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
2. In a bowl, sift cassava flour, collagen, baking soda and sea salt.
3. Add dry ingredients to the blender and puree for 8 seconds. Scrape down sides with a rubber spatula and puree again for an additional 8 seconds, until dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
4. Line muffin pan with squares of torn parchment paper, or muffin cup liners.
5. Fill a lined muffin pan with batter.
6. Preheat the oven to 165 C (325 F) and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
