Taljatele kuvane u mleku (Tagliatelle cooked in milk)

Sastojci: 300g taljatela, 1 L mleka; jos - 2 cena belog luka (oljusten, sitno iseckan), 200g slanine (iseceno na kockice) ili 300g sunke, suvog vrata, pecenice ili 300g pileceg mesa (iseceno na kocke),prstohvat muskat oraha u prahu.

Priprema:

1.Staviti mleko u serpu i pustiti da prokljuca na srednju temperaturu (4).

2.Dodati taljatele i kuvati 10 do 15 minuta.


3.Dodati kackavalj i mesati povremeno da se sjedini s mlekom i dok se ne zgusne.

Dodatno:

0.U tiganja staviti beli luk i prziti mesajuci. Dodati slaninu ili sunku ili suvi vrat ili pecenicu ili pilece meso i prziti nekoliko minuta. Pilece meso prziti dok ne bude gotovo. Dodati muskat orah i promesati dok se ne sjedini. Skloniti sa sporeta. Dodati slaninu ili drugo meso i promesati.

Mozete posluziti uz bilo povrce.


Ingredients: 300g of tagliatelle, 1 L of milk; more - 2 cloves of garlic (peeled, finely chopped), 200g of bacon (cut into small cubes) or 300g of ham, dried pork neck, smoked pork tenderloin or 300g of chicken meat (cut into cubes), a pinch of nutmeg powder.

Preparation:

1. Put the milk in a saucepan and let it boil at a medium temperature (4).

2. Add tagliatelle and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Add the yellow cheese and cook stirring occasionally to combine with the milk and until it thickens.

Additionally:

0. Put the garlic in the pan and fry it stirring. Add bacon or ham or dried pork neck or smoked pork tenderloin or chicken meat and fry for a few minutes. Fry the chicken meat until it is done. Add nutmeg and mix until combined. Remove from the stove. Add bacon or other meat and stir.

You can serve with any vegetables.
