Cokoladni kokos cupavci s dzemom (Chocolate coconut cubes with jam)

Sastojci: biskvit testo, za glazuru - 450ml mleka, 200g cokolade, 100g rogaca, 120g margarina, 100g kokosovog brasna, 2 kasike ruma, za fil - 200g dzema, za posipanje - kokosovo brasno.


Priprema:

1. Pripremiti biskvit testo. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

2. Iseci biskvit na dva dela.


3. Premazati s dzemom jedan deo biskvita. Staviti drugi deo biskvita odozgo.

4. Iseci na kocke.

5. Cokoladu izlomite na kockice, stavite je u dublju posudu, dodati mleko, margarin, rogac, kokosovo brasno i rum i mesati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok se čokolada ne otopi i sve se sjedini.

6. Kocku po kocku nabodite na cackalicu i umočite u glazuru. 

7. Uvaljati u kokos.


Ingredients: biscuit dough, for the glaze - 450ml of milk, 200g of chocolate, 100g of carob, 120g of margarine, 100g of coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons of rum, for the filling - 200g of jam, for sprinkling - coconut flakes.


Preparation:

1. Prepare the biscuit dough. Leave to cool.

2. Cut the biscuit into two parts.

3. Spread jam on one part of the biscuit. Place the second part of the biscuit on top.

4. Cut into cubes.

5. Break the chocolate into cubes, put it in a deep saucepan, add milk, margarine, carob, coconut flakes and rum and stir at a medium temperature (4) until the chocolate melts and everything is combined.

6. Stick one cube at a time onto a toothpick and dip it into the glaze.

7. Roll in coconut.
