Pesto sos od sremusa i oraha (Wild garlic and walnut pesto sauce)

Sastojci: 2 veze sremuša, 4 lista bosiljka (opcionalno), 200ml maslinovog ulja, 70g oraha, malo soli.


Priprema

1. Sremuš oprati i ocistiti uvele delove i druga ostecenja. Iseckati na komadice.

2. U blender staviti sremuš, bosiljak, orahe i maslinovo ulje i so.


3. Blendirajte dok ne postane glatko.

4. Teglice sterilizovati.

5. Sipati pesto i dobro ih zatvorite. Okrenite naopako tj. na poklopac i ostavite 15 minuta kako bi se stvorio vakuum.

6. Čuvati u frižideru do 3 dana.


Ingredients: 2 bundles of wild garlic (ramsons) leaves, 4 basil leaves (optional), 200ml olive oil, 70g walnuts, a little salt.


Preparation

1. Wash wild garlic leaves and clean withered parts and other damages. Cut into pieces.

2. In a blender, put wild garlic, basil, walnuts, olive oil and salt.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Sterilize the jars.

5. Pour the pesto and close them well. Turn upside down ie. on the lid and leave for 15 minutes to create a vacuum.

6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
