Integralni krekeri sa semenkama (Integral crackers with seeds)

Sastojci: 400ml vode, 250g 

belog brašna, 250g integralnog brašna, 200ml ulja, 8g praska za pecivo, 150g susama, 50g lana u prahu, 100g semenki suncokreta, 100g semenki bundeve, 100g neslanog kikirikija, 30g kima u zrnu, 3g soli.


Priprema:

1. Pomesati belo brašno, so, prasak za pecivo, semenke suncokreta i bundeve, susam, lan i kim.

2. Dodati ulje i vodu i jos jednom promesati.


3. Postepeno dodavati integralno brašno. Zamesiti testo i ostaviti 30 minuta u frižideru. 

4. Razvući testo oklagijom na pobrašnjenoj površini na debljinu od oko 7 mm do 8 mm. Iseci na kvadrate ili pravougaonike ili zeljeni oblik izvaditi modlom.

5. Pleh obliziti papirom za pecenje ili namazati sa malo margarina i posuti sa malo brasna. Poredjati na papir.

6. Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 20 do 25 minuta.


Predlog: mozete napraviti Slani krekeri s belim vinom ili Slani krekeri sa susamom ili Hrono graham krekeri.


Ingredients: 400ml water, 250g white flour (all-purpose flour), 250g wholemeal flour (whole wheat flour), 200ml oil, 8g baking powder, 150g sesame, 50g flax powder, 100g sunflower seeds, 100g pumpkin seeds, 100g unsalted peanuts, 30g caraway seeds, 3g salt.


Preparation:

1. Mix white flour, salt, baking powder, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, sesame, flax and caraway.

2. Add oil and water and mix once more.

3. Gradually add wholemeal flour. Knead the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface to a thickness of about 7 mm to 8 mm. Cut into squares or rectangles or cut out the desired shape with a mould.

5. Line the tray with baking paper or spread with a little margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Arrange on paper. 

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes.


Suggestion: you can make Salty crackers with white wine or Salty sesame crackers or Chrono graham crackers.
