Sastojci: 200 g margarina, 200 g secera, 2 jaja, prstohvat soli, 7 g praska za pecivo, ½ kasicice vanila ekstrakta, 300 g brasna.
Priprema:
0. Pomesati brasno, so i prasak za pecivo.
1. Margarin otopiti i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
2. Dodati secer i mutiti mikserom.
3. Dodati jaja i mutiti mikserom.
4. Dodati mesavinu brasna i kasikom ili spatulom promesati da se sjedini.
5. Dodati mleko po malo mesajuci kasikom posle svakog dodavanja.
6. Mikserom ujednaciti smesu.
7. Na papiru za pecenje sipati smesu pa istanjiti spatulom ili velikim, dugackim ravnim nozem veoma tanko.
8. Prebaciti u pleh sa papirom za pecenje i peci na 160 C nekoliko minuta.

0. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
1. Melt the margarine and let it cool a little.
2. Add sugar and beat with a mixer.
3. Add eggs and beat with a mixer.
4. Add the flour mixture and stir with a spoon or spatula to combine.
5. Add milk a little at a time, mixing with a spoon after each addition.
6. Blend the mixture with a mixer.
7. Pour the mixture on the baking paper and thin it out very thinly with a spatula or a large, long, flat knife.
8. Transfer to a tray with baking paper and bake at 160 C for a few minutes.
