Sastojci: za koru - rolat kora od belanaca i oraha, za preliv - cokoladna glazura sa mlekom, za krem 1 - krem od pudinga i slatke pavlake, za krem 2 - krem od bobicastog voca sa jagodama, umucen slag (opcionalno).
Priprema:
1. Pripremiti rolat koru od belanaca i oraha.
2. Pripremiti krem od pudinga i slatke pavlake. Napraviti duplu meru, jer za biskvit koristite 6 belanaca, s tim sto u kremu mozete izostaviti belanaca.
3. Pripremiti cokoladnu glazuru sa mlekom. Ostaviti da se prohladi.
4. Premazati preko rolat kore i staviti u frižider na 15 minuta.
5. Krem od pudinga i slatke pavlake namazati preko cokoladna glazure.
6. Krem od bobicastog voca sa jagodama premazati preko prvog krema.
7. Mozete ukrasiti umucenim slagom.
