Kakao kolac s jogurtom (Cocoa cake with buttermilk)


Sastojci: 2 solje jogurta, 2 solje secera, 1 solja ulja, 3 solje brasna, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike kakaoa, za glazuru - 2 kasike vode, 2 kasike secera, malo margarina, 100g cokolade (izlomljena na kocke).

Pirprema: 
1) Pomesati sodu bikarbonu, secer, kakao i brasno.
2) Dodati jogurt i ulje. Izmesati i peci u podmazanom plehu na 180C.
3) U serpu staviti vodu, secer i margarin, kad se istopi dodati cokoladu.
4) Vruc kolac preliti vrucim filom.

Ingredients: 2 cups buttermilk, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons cocoa, for glaze - 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little margarine, 100g chocolate (broken into pieces).

Priprema:
1) Mix baking soda, sugar, cocoa and flour.
2) Add buttermilk and oil. Stir well and bake in a greased baking pan at 180C.
3) In a saucepan put water, sugar and butter, when melted add the chocolate.
4) Hot filling pour over hot cake.
