To wash chicken meat or not?
Is stevia or erythritol bad for your gut or not? Why white-granulated, cane and brown sugars are bad? Why processed extruded grains like store bought cereal are no good even if they have a label - heart healthy? Why corn oil has free radicals that destroy your cells in your body? What oil to use instead of processed one? Living bacteria in yogurt - does it really exists? Or not? And why? Manuka honey or regular honey - which one is better? What is glyphosate and why is it important that it's not included in foods?
I know that not everyone has the time and opportunity to make homemade sour milk or yogurt or to buy homemade honey or make homemade bread. I don't do that. I don't think badly of any manufacturer or brand, but I like to look at nutritional value tables. I recently started buying food on the Internet and there I got familiar with the ingredients in food, the values of certain ingredients per 100g or per portion and similar.
