Sastojci: 10 urmi, grisina debljih ili štapića, za premaz - čokolada.
Priprema:
1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.
2. Stavite parče deblje grisine ili nekoliko komada tanjih grisina u svaku urmu.
3. Svaku urmu umočite u otopljenu čokoladu.
Orasi i urme od pistaca
Sastojci: 10 urmi, orasi, kardamom (u prahu), pistaći (sitno iseckani).
Priprema:
1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.
2. Stavite polovinu oraha u svaku urmu.
3. Svaku urmu pospite pistaćima i malim prstohvatom kardamoma.
Urme sa kackavaljem i bosiljkom
Sastojci: 10 urmi, žuti sir (provolone, edam, emental, montasio, parmezan, gruiere, gauda, čedar, mocarela, grana padano, havarti, taleggio, vacherin mont d’or), bosiljak (sitno isečen).
Priprema:
1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.
2. Unutar svake urme stavite parče žutog sira.
3. Svaku urmu pospite bosiljkom.
Urme sa puterom od kikirikija i bademima
Sastojci: 10 urmi, puter od kikirikija, bademi, tamna veganska čokolada, (iseckan), krupna morska so.
Priprema:
1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.
2. Unutar svake urme stavite kašičicu putera od kikirikija.
3. Na vrh dodajte jedan badem.
4. Svaku hurmu pospite malom prstohvatom morske soli i umočite u otopljenu čokoladu.
Bri, pekan orasi i urme sa kruškama
Sastojci: 10 urmi, brie sir, pekan kruške ili jagode ili maline ili borovnice ili crveno grožđe ili zeleno grožđe.
Priprema:
1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.
2. Unutar svake urme stavite komad brie sira.
3. Na vrh dodajte polovinu pecan-a i parče kruške.
