Punjene urme (Stuffed dates)

Urme punjene puterom od kikirikija i cokoladom

Sastojci: 10 urmi, puter od kikirikija ili puter od lešnika ili puter od badema ili puter od indijskog oraha ili tahini - puter od susama, 30 g tamne veganske čokolade, seckane, krupna morska so.

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Unutar svake urme stavite kašičicu putera od kikirikija ili tahinija.

3. Svaku urmu pospite čokoladom i malim prstohvatom morske soli.

Urme punjene mascarpone sirom i m&m's

Sastojci: 10 urmi, mascarpone sir, malo meda, za premazivanje - turska kafa, kakao prah, m&m’s. 

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Maskarpone sir pomešajte sa medom.

3. Stavite kašičicu ove mešavine u svaku urmu.

3. Umočite svaku urmu u tursku kafu i kakao prah. 

4. Stavite jedan m&m na maskarpone.

Urme sa grisinima prelivene čokoladom

Sastojci: 10 urmi, grisina debljih ili štapića, za premaz - čokolada.

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Stavite parče deblje grisine ili nekoliko komada tanjih grisina u svaku urmu.

3. Svaku urmu umočite u otopljenu čokoladu.

Orasi i urme od pistaca

Sastojci: 10 urmi, orasi, kardamom (u prahu), pistaći (sitno iseckani).

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Stavite polovinu oraha u svaku urmu.

3. Svaku urmu pospite pistaćima i malim prstohvatom kardamoma.

Urme sa kackavaljem i bosiljkom

Sastojci: 10 urmi, žuti sir (provolone, edam, emental, montasio, parmezan, gruiere, gauda, čedar, mocarela, grana padano, havarti, taleggio, vacherin mont d’or), bosiljak (sitno isečen).

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Unutar svake urme stavite parče žutog sira.

3. Svaku urmu pospite bosiljkom.

Urme sa puterom od kikirikija i bademima

Sastojci: 10 urmi, puter od kikirikija, bademi, tamna veganska čokolada, (iseckan), krupna morska so.

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Unutar svake urme stavite kašičicu putera od kikirikija.

3. Na vrh dodajte jedan badem.

4. Svaku hurmu pospite malom prstohvatom morske soli i umočite u otopljenu čokoladu.

Bri, pekan orasi i urme sa kruškama

Sastojci: 10 urmi, brie sir, pekan kruške ili jagode ili maline ili borovnice ili crveno grožđe ili zeleno grožđe.

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Unutar svake urme stavite komad brie sira.

3. Na vrh dodajte polovinu pecan-a i parče kruške.

Urme sa kozjim sirom paradajzom i bosiljkom

Sastojci: 10 urmi, kozji sir, sušeni paradajz i bosiljak (sitno isečen).

Priprema:

1. Napravite prorez duž svake urme i pažljivo uklonite košticu.

2. Stavite komad kozjeg sira u svaku urmu.

3. Na vrh dodajte komad sušenog paradajza.

4. Pospite bosiljakom.


Dates stuffed with peanut butter and chocolate

Ingredients: 10 dates, peanut butter or hazelnut butter or almond butter or cashew butter or tahini - sesame seeds butter, 30g dark vegan chocolate, chopped, coarse sea sal.

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a teaspoon of peanut butter or tahini inside each date.

3. Sprinkle each date with a chocolate and a small pinch of sea salt.


Dates stuffed with mascarpone cheese and m&m's

Ingredients: 10 dates, mascarpone cheese, a little honey, for coating - Turkish coffee  cocoa powder, m&m’s. 

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Mix mascarpone cheese with honey.

3. Place a teaspoon of this mixture inside each date.

3. Dip each date in a Turkish coffee and in cocoa powder. 

4. Place one m&m on top of mascarpone.

Dates with grissini covered with chocolate

Ingredients: 10 dates, grissini or breadsticks, for coating - chocolate.

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a piece of breadstick or a few pieces of grissini inside each date.

3. Dip each date in melted chocolate.

Walnuts and pistachio dates

Ingredients: 10 dates, walnuts, cardamom (powder), pistachios (finely chopped).

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place half of walnut inside each date.

3. Sprinkle each date with pistachios and a small pinch of cardamom.


Dates with yellow cheese and basil

Ingredients: 10 dates, yellow cheese (provolone, edam, emmental, montasio, parmesan, gruyere, gouda, cheddar, mozzarella, grana padano, havarti, taleggio, vacherin mont d’or), basil (finely chopped).

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a piece of yellow cheese inside each date.

3. Sprinkle each date with a basil.

Dates with peanut butter and almonds

Ingredients: 10 dates, peanut butter, almonds, dark vegan chocolate, (chopped), coarse sea salt.

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a teaspoon of peanut butter inside each date.

3. On top add one almond.

4. Sprinkle each date with a small pinch of sea salt and dip in melted chocolate.


Brie, pecan and pears dates

Ingredients: 10 dates, brie cheese, pecans  pears or strawberries or raspberries or blueberries or red grapes or green grapes.

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a piece of brie cheese inside each date.

3. On top add half of pecan and a piece of pear.


Goat cheese, tomato and basil dates

Ingredients: 10 dates, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and basil (finely chopped).

Preparation:

1. Make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.

2. Place a piece of goat cheese inside each date.

3. On top add a piece of sun dried tomato.

4. Sprinkle basil.
