Upotreba cia semenki (Use of chia seeds)


1. Za  zdravlje, energiju ili doručak (najčešće)

📏 Količina: 1–2 kašike (≈10–20 g)

 💧 Odnos sa vodom: 1 kašika cia : 5–6 kašika vode

 🕒 Vreme potapanja: minimum 20–30 minuta, dobro bi bilo na 2 sata (idealno preko noći u frižideru)

Tako semenke postaju gelaste, lakše za varenje i ne nadražuju creva.

Ovu verziju koristi u:

  • kašama, pudinzima, jogurtima, smutijima
  • kao zamenu za jaja u kolačima (1 kašika cia + 3 kašike vode = 1 “jaje”)

2. Ako ih dodaješ u smuti i odmah piješ

Možeš dodati suve cia semenke, ali je važno odmah popiti napitak i popiti čašu vode posle, jer semenke u stomaku brzo nabubre i mogu izazvati nadutost ako se ne hidriraju.

3. Ako ih koristiš za detoks, balans hormona ili pražnjenje creva

📏 1 kašika cia + 1 čaša tople vode + nekoliko kapi limuna

 🕒 Ostavi da odstoji 30 minuta do 2 sata, pa popij ujutru na prazan stomak.

 💧 Posle toga popij još 1 čašu vode.

Sastojci: 1 kašika cia semenki, 1 čaša biljnog mleka (npr. bademovo, ovseno ili kokosovo), 1 kašičica meda ili javorovog sirupa, prstohvat cimeta i kurkume, par kapi sokw od limuna (opciono).

Priprema:

1. Sve pomešaj i ostavi 2 sata (ili preko noći) da nabubri.

Ovaj napitak podiže energiju, balansira šećer u krvi i daje bistrinu uma.

Dodatno: Možeš dodati 1 kašiku pirea od banane ili urme za prirodnu slatkoću i dopamin-energiju.

2. Za detoks i zdravu probavu (ujutru ili uveče)

Lunarni cia tonik

Sastojci: 1 kašika cia semenki,1 čaša mlake vode, sok od ½ limuna, 1 prstohvat morske soli ili par kapi kokosove vode.

Priprema:

1. Ostavi 30 minuta da semenke nabubre. Popij ujutru pre jela.

Čisti creva, hidrira, i pomaže telu da izbaci toksine, naročito tokom opadanja Meseca.

3. Za hormonski balans i lepu kožu (uveče)

Mesečev cia napitak

Sastojci: 1 kašika cia semenki, 200 ml toplog biljnog mleka (kokosovo ili bademovo), 1 kašičica orgsnskog kakao praha ili 1 kasicica maka praha, 1 kašičica meda ili agava sirupa.

Priprema:

1. Ostavi da stoji 30 minuta do 2 sata.

Minerali i omega-3 iz cia semenki hrane hormone i nervni sistem, dok kakao i maka smiruju napetost i pomažu regeneraciju tokom sna.

📏 1 tablespoon of chia seeds + 1 glass of warm water + a few drops of lemon

Lunar chia tonic

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 glass of lukewarm water, juice of ½ lemon, 1 pinch of sea salt or a few drops of coconut water

Preparation:

1. Leave the seeds to swell for 30 minutes. Drink in the morning before eating.

3. For hormonal balance and beautiful skin (in the evening)

Moon chia drink

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 200 ml warm vegetable milk (coconut or almond), 1 teaspoon of organic cocoa powder or 1 teaspoon of maca powder, 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.

Preparation:

1. Let it stand for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
