Sok od crvenog kupusa i ananasa sa cimetom (Red cabbage and pineapple juice with cinnamon)

Kategorija: hladno ceđeni sok.

Porcija: 1 velika čaša (≈ 300 ml)

Sastojci: 100 g crvenog kupusa (sirovog, sitno iseckanog), 150 g svežeg ananasa (oljuštenog, bez tvrdog jezgra), 200 ml hladne vode, prstohvat cimeta u prahu (≈ 0,2 g).

Priprema:

1. Crveni kupus operi i sitno iseckaj kako bi se lakše usitnio. Ananas iseckaj na kocke.

2. Sve sastojke stavi u blender.

3. Blendaj 30–45 sekundi dok ne dobiješ ujednačenu tečnu strukturu.

4. Po želji procedi kroz gazu ili cediljku, ali se preporučuje konzumacija sa vlaknima.
