Veganski krem sir za picu (Vegan cream cheese for pizza)

Sastojci (za 100 g): 80 g indijskih oraha (natopljenih 6 sati ili preko noci), 40 ml vode, 1 kašika soka od limuna, ½ kašičice soli.

Priprema:

0. Potopiti indijske orahe u vodu i ostaviti najmanje 6 sati ili preko noci (8 h). Dobro ocediti.

2. Staviti u blender. Dodati vodu, limunov sok i so. Blendati dok smesa ne postane glatka i kremasta.

Smesa je spremna za direktno mazanje na picu ili za mešanje sa drugim veganskim sirevima.

Napomene:

  • Ovaj veganski krem sir je prilagodjen pecenju, neće se potpuno istopiti, ali će omekšati i dati kremastu strukturu.
  • Možeš ga koristiti zajedno sa veganskim kačkavaljem, veganskim parmezanom i veganskim feta sirom. Namazati krem sir na testo za picu, posuti narendanin veganskim kačkavaljem, posuti veganskim parmezanom i dodati komadiće veganskog feta sira.
  • Za bolji ukus, dodati suvi origano ili timijan pre pečenja.


Ingredients (for 100 g): 80 g cashews (soaked for 6 hours or overnight), 40 ml water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt.

Preparation:

0. Soak cashews in water and leave for at least 6 hours or overnight (8 h). Drain well.

2. Place in a blender. Add water, lemon juice and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

The mixture is ready to spread directly on pizza or to mix with other vegan cheeses.

Notes:

  • This vegan cream cheese is adapted to baking, it will not melt completely, but will soften and give a creamy texture.
  • You can use it together with vegan yellow cheese, vegan parmesan and vegan feta cheese. Spread cream cheese on the pizza dough, sprinkle the bread with vegan yellow cheese, sprinkle with vegan parmesan and add pieces of vegan feta cheese.
  • For a better taste, add dry oregano or thyme before baking.
