Brze korpice od lisnatog testa (Quick puff pastry baskets)

Sastojci (za 12 korpica): 1 pakovanje lisnatog testa (250 g) ili vegan lisnatog testa, 1 jaje ili 2 kašike biljnog mleka + 1 kašičica ulja (za vegan), 1 kašika mleka ili 1 kašika ulja, za slanu opciju: 1–2 kašike susama, kima ili maka, za slatku verziju: 1–2 kašike kristal šećera, prstohvat cimeta, malo brašna (za razvijanje).

Priprema:

1. Zagrej rernu na 200 C (gornji i donji grejač).

2. Lisnato testo blago pobrašni i razvij na debljinu oko 5 mm.

3. Iseci 12 kvadrata veličine približno 10 × 10 cm (da budu veći od dna kalupa za mafine - projice).

4. Kalup za mafine - projice okreni naopako.

5. Svaki kvadrat lisnatog testa položi preko donje strane jednog ispupcenja tako da testo slobodno pada niz ivice i formira korpicu.

6. Umuti jaje sa mlekom ili uljem i premaži korpice četkicom.

7. Pospi susamom (ili kimom, makom).

8. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni 18–22 minuta, dok korpice ne porumene i postanu hrskave.

9. Izvadi iz rerne i ostavi 5 minuta da se prohlade, pa ih pažljivo skini sa kalupa.

Saveti:

  • Ne treba podmazivati kalup — lisnato testo ima dovoljno masnoće.
  • Korpice puni tek kada su potpuno hladne.

Predlozi:

Za slano punjenje su odlične: salata od pečuraka, humus, ruska salata, krem sir, kisela pavlaka + losos, začinjene krem sir 1, začinjene krem sir 2.

Za slatko punjenje:

Ingredients (for 12 baskets): 1 package of puff pastry (250 g) or vegan puff pastry, 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of plant-based milk + 1 teaspoon of oil (for vegan), 1 tablespoon of milk (plant milk) or 1 tablespoon of oil, for the salty version: 1–2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, caraway or poppy seeds, for the sweet version: 1–2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, a little flour (for developing the puff pastry).

Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 200 C (upper and lower heater).

2. Lightly flour the puff pastry and roll it out to a thickness of about 5 mm.

3. Cut 12 squares approximately 10 × 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in size (so that they are larger than the bottom of the muffin tin).

4. Muffin tin - turn the sides upside down.

5. Place each square of puff pastry over the underside of one muffin tin so that the dough falls freely down the edges and forms a basket.

6. Beat the egg with milk or oil and coat the baskets with a brush.

7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (or caraway, poppy seeds).

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes, until the baskets are golden brown and crispy.

9. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes, then carefully remove them from the tin.

Tips:

  • There is no need to grease the muffin tin - the puff pastry has enough fat.
  • Fill the baskets only when they are completely cold.

Suggestions:

The following are great for salty filling: mushroom salad, hummus, Russian salad, cream cheese, sour cream + salmon, spicy cream cheese 1, seasoned cream cheese 2.
